Our Host Gay Derk is joined by guests who are experts in different fields to discuss all areas of modern love, strong energy paths framed by love, energy soulmates, relationship manifestation, and how we express our love.

Gay Derk is the CEO of Derks Fine Group, President and Editor in Chief of Bridal Fantasy Magazine, one, and one of the Host and creator of the Love Anthropology Podcast.

Gay is originally from Cawston British Columbia and attended the University of British Columbia and graduated with a master’s degree.

She married her husband Darrell Derk in 1976 and they have two sons, Landon and Sterling.

Gay & Darrell opened their first location of Derks Formal and Men’s Wear in 1978 and were in the same location for over forty years, and just over the quarter of 2020 moved into a new location.

Both of Gay’s sons have kept transitioning the family business, Landon with Derks Formals, Derks Uniforms and FiveStar Uniforms. And Sterling with menswear and Mr. Derk.

Gay has chaired Women in Retailing at the U of A Business school for two years. She has been a constant with many charities and development of the arts.

When she isn’t busy running multiple companies she enjoys painting, writing, traveling, swimming, cooking, jewelery making, as well as her favorite project her grandchildren Ava, Spencer, Lochlan, and Pierce.
